Diversity and Inclusion at UA Engineering

Welcome to Diversity and Inclusion at #UAEngineering!

In the College of Engineering and Polymer Science, our vision is to increase equality, diversity and inclusion throughout the global engineering community.

Our mission is to foster equity, diversity, and inclusion among faculty, staff, and students by promoting inclusion and excellence; increase awareness of the importance of equity, diversity, and inclusion; create educational opportunities; and increase the number of underrepresented students in our engineering programs.

"We are starting to see a fundamental shift to create more inclusive work environments, to broaden the acceptance of diverse thought, and to eliminate barriers for underserved groups because it is the right thing to do."
