These are the people who keep things running, make work easier, and go the extra mile every day—often behind the scenes.

As Director of Strategic Engagement & Recruitment, Donray is a driving force in connecting students to the college. Known for his energy, creativity, and passion for helping others, Donray thinks outside the box to find ways to inspire future Zips and to strengthen campus connections. His work in recruitment and student engagement continues to shape the future of the college in powerful ways.

Gary Bishop

As Director of Operations & Technology, Gary plays a key role in nearly everything that happens in the college. From managing tech systems and organizing events to solving problems before they escalate, Gary brings professionalism, precision, and a calm, can-do attitude to every task. His contributions are essential to the success of BCAS—and he does it all without seeking the spotlight.

PJ Hargraves and John Morrison

In the Myers School of Art, PJ Hargraves (3D Technician and Ceramics Area Coordinator) and John Morrison (Digital Technology and Fabrication Technician) form a strong and steady support team for students and faculty. They ensure equipment is safe, studios are functional, and creative needs are met. Their dedication supports more than 240 students and 35 faculty members every day—and their expertise and willingness to help make a big difference.
