Biography
Professor Gaughan is an Associate Professor of Law. He has domestic experience working with early-stage and closely-held businesses. He also has experience with legal education in S.E. Asia, South America and Europe. He currently teaches U.C.C. Sales, Business Associations, Contracts, Business Planning and Entrepreneurship. Professor Gaughan is a two-time U.S. Fulbright Scholar. In 2019-20 Professor Gaughan did his first Fulbright at Hanoi Law University. In 2026-27, Professor Gaughan received a U.S. Fulbright Global Scholar Award to Vietnam, Cambodia, and Peru.
