Phase 1: Initial Screening

The Deal Flow Committee is comprised of representative members from organizations throughout the Northeast Ohio entrepreneurial ecosystem. The Deal Flow committee collects and pools profile information on their highest potential candidates; selecting 6-7 companies to make a formal presentation in a closed meeting.

Phase 2: Presentation to Deal Flow Committee

The selected Entrepreneurs make a 10-15 minute presentation highlighting their:

Target market size
Expected percentage of market share
Management team
Investment repayment plan

The committee selects the most appropriate 3-4 to present to the ARCHAngel Investment Network at the next quarterly event.

Phase 3: Quarterly Event Presentation

The successful entrepreneurs to present their business pitch to the Network at the quarterly event. The audience includes investors, Angel/Venture Capital Funds, area businesses, community leadership, regional resources, and other like-minded entrepreneurs. Additionally, students from Northeast Ohio universities attend as part of their respective entrepreneurial courses. The reception afterwards provides a significant and informal opportunity for discussion.
