Participants will help develop a strategic roadmap to guide the FHWA's future research for enhanced corrosion management for sustainable bridges. Subject matter experts from around the world will share knowledge in corrosion, structural engineering, reliability and performance assessment, materials, construction, and inspection monitoring. Technological and research needs will be compiled and presented to the FHWA in a comprehensive document following the workshop.
