The University of Akron’s College of Business Administration (CBA) Graduate Programs is one of 248 on-campus MBA programs selected by The Princeton Review for its list of the Best Business Schools for 2020.

Every year since 2005, CBA graduate programs have been included in The Princeton Review’s list of Best Business Schools. Recognition is based on the high quality of the academic programs and the favorable opinions of students, who rate and report their campus experiences. For the 2020 list, more than 20,700 students were surveyed. A separate administrator survey gathered feedback on topics ranging from academic offerings and admission requirements to graduates’ employment.

The education services company reports its Best Business Schools ranking lists in two classifications — one names the best on-campus MBA programs in 18 categories, listing the top 10 schools in each category. The other names the top 25 online MBA programs.

“We are once again pleased to receive this recognition from Princeton Review for our MBA program,” said Dr. Terry Daugherty, interim associate dean and director of graduate programs. “They take a comprehensive approach when evaluating business schools, so our consistent presence as ‘one of the best,’ validates the dedication of our faculty who provide a high quality educational experience for students at UA. We are launching a new Career Advising and Coaching initiative as part of our continuous improvement plan for the MBA next fall and anticipate this will enhance our program even further.”
