Viewing Diversity: Film resources discussing race available through Bierce Library

Did you know that Bierce Library owns more than 3,000 DVDs and has access to almost 9,000 streaming titles, ranging from major feature films to performances and instruction to specialized documentaries? Many of these titles are powerful, thought-provoking films on race, as indicated by a selection of films for Rethinking Race available on our website. The first half of this hour-long session will teach participants how to search for and find films about race on the University Libraries website. The second half will discuss how to use these films in your classroom.

Please direct any questions about the session to Lisa Lazar, x8424 or llazar@uakron.edu.
