Heather A. Howley, Ph.D.
Biography
Dr. Heather A. Howley serves as the Executive Director of UA Wayne College, providing executive leadership and oversight for the campus's daily operations, administrative functions, and strategic initiatives. She supervises and supports faculty and staff across the Wayne Campus while working to advance student success, academic excellence, community engagement, and workforce development.
In addition, Dr. Howley oversees the administration of the General Studies degree program and provides executive oversight for the University's Credit for Prior Learning (CPL) initiatives, helping adult learners and working professionals receive academic credit for prior education, training, and professional experience. She also contributes to Leadership Orrville, an executive leadership program of the Orrville Chamber of Commerce, as a consultant and content creator. She is dedicated to expanding access to affordable, high-quality higher education and developing flexible pathways that help people reach their educational and career goals.
