Our office helps students and parents by:

  • setting up direct-deposit refunds through UA eRefund;
  • providing student account and billing information;
  • issuing refunds;
  • managing our installment payment plan program;
  • collecting late payments; and
  • distributing 1098T tax reports, which you can receive electronically.

UA reduces costs for students, makes degree attainment more affordable

A student studies in her dorm roomUA will not seek a tuition increase for the 2021-22 academic year and will take steps to reduce on-campus housing rates for all students by 30%, which would lower the cost of attending UA for students living on campus by more than $2,500 on average.

When including the cost of tuition, fees, books and other personal expenses, the overall reduction in the cost of education for students residing on campus will be 9%. See details.
