Lawrence J. “Larry” Minich, BSA ’70, was recently elected to the Board of Directors for Essential Properties Realty Trust, Inc., an internally managed real estate investment trust. Minich retired in 2019 as an executive officer of Hotshine Holdings, Inc., a private equity-backed company that is one of the largest car wash operators in the U.S.
Ronald E. Slipski, JD ’79, began a three-year term, in July, on the Ohio State Bar Association Board of Governors.
