2026 Akron Law Pro Bono Awards

05/09/2026

The University of Akron celebrated Akron Law’s Pro Bono Awards and recognized 24 students who completed 150 or more volunteer service hours during their time at Akron Law. Their dedication to serving others and giving back to the community truly reflects the spirit of Akron Law and of the legal profession.
We were also proud to recognize the incredible impact of the Class of 2026, which collectively contributed more than 10,000 hours of pro bono and volunteer service.
We were especially honored to present the Perantinides & Nolan Award, recognizing the highest number of service hours in each graduating class, to Taylor King (December 2025) and Laurel Brothers (May 2026).
