Intramural sports

Play in a variety of intramural sports and clubs, including traditional favorites like volleyball, basketball and flag football, as well as some new things, such as floor hockey, canoe battleship, sand volleyball, kin-ball, futsal and ultimate frisbee.

Student Health Services

Located inside the Rec Center, Health Services is available Monday through Friday to provide students, faculty and staff with convenient medical care, including the treatment of minor injuries, provide health education, wellness promotion and risk reduction.

Counseling services

Free, comprehensive psychological services to current students. Students can also receive assistance from the Clinic for Individual and Family Counseling.

Rec Center

Bike, run, shoot hoops, swim, play ping-pong, climb a 53-foot wall and join any number of group-exercise classes, ranging from yoga to cycling to Zumba, along with a full slate of intramurals and an outdoor-adventure activities.
