Yes! Through our Business Partnership program, your employees can grow professionally while also strengthening your business. For your employees, and their dependents, we offer tuition discounts for our academic degree programs. We offer a very competitor business rate with tiered discounts for our online micro credentials. The courses are open to all learners. There is no application required. Some courses or certificates will be designated as intermediate or advanced level. If you find that you need to complete entry-level courses first, you can choose to complete those first.

When you enroll in this self-paced skills academy program, you decide how quickly you want to complete each of the courses in the specialization. To access the courses, you can choose how you want to enroll. You can choose

• 1 or 2 months for $59 per month
• 3 months for $149 per quarter
• 12-months for $499 per year

Once enrolled, you can complete as many courses and certificates as you want to learn, so the total cost of your Professional Certificate(s) depends on your schedule

Yes, you can cancel within 14 days for a full refund.

After you select your registration option, you will receive an email to join within 1 business day (Monday-Friday, except holidays)

You will receive access to UAx on Coursera within 1 business day. You can spend as much time as you like exploring the site and determining which courses or certificates are a good fit for you. Your access period will not start until the day that you register for a course or certificate. This gives you time to explore the skills academy and choose the best course, skill, or certificate that is the best fit for your learning goals.

Yes! A Coursera Course Certificate is an official Coursera credential that verifies the identity of a learner and confirms that they successfully completed a course. You can share Coursera Certificates on LinkedIn profiles, social media, a job application, or resume. The University of Akron will maintain a record of all certificates that you complete.

Yes! All courses are offered 100% online.
